Great little puzzle game reminiscent of controlling LOGO drawing turtles. Starts out easy enough but eventually you're trying to navigate twisty corridors filled with conveyor belts, backwards and upside down.
You queue up commands based on the capabilities of your robot and then (if you're anything like me) watch as it inevitably rotates the opposite way to your thinking and steps into laser fire, A+.
Works great in DOSBox (or on a genuine copy of MS-DOS on a "vintage" PC!)
I was lucky enough to play this during development and in beta as @cyningstan put it together (a one-man effort!) and can say it's an excellent little retro strategy game. Works great in DOSBox on Mac. We played in PBM mode by sharing the save file back-and-forth over Discord, but the AI doesn't let you snooze through levels in single player mode, either.
This is not just a retro game that looks retro; it's been coded with all the same environment and hardware limitations in mind of early DOS games; if you can get it onto a computer of sufficient vintage, it'll work. Easily on par (or better!) than some commercial games of the era.
I'm having the same issue, except reloading the page (and doing a hard-refresh, emptying cache) do not help. I've bought here, made an account on the website, verified my email. I sign in, it asks me to verify here, I click "Authorize the Auger" on the itch page, but then it loads back to the login screen. I do not see "sign out" text; every time it reloads I have to put in my email/password again.
